Refund Policy

Dates are a food product. Please check your order when it arrives.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If the pack is damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered, email daurnco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the product and the outer packaging. We will replace the item or refund the product price, including shipping when the problem is ours.

Change of mind

We cannot accept a return of dates once the seal is open, because they are perishable. Unopened packs may be reviewed case by case if you contact us within 48 hours and the product can be resold safely.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Prepaid orders are refunded to that method. Cash on delivery orders, where that option was used, are refunded by bank transfer after you share account details. Refunds can take several working days after we approve them.
